Spring Show – Don’t Forget!

The Spring show will be May 5th and 6th at the Flathead County Fairgrounds. Maps will be available at the next meeting, to show your spot. Receipts will also be available at the next meeting.

Summer Show Changes

During the February meeting, the conflict between the Summer Show and the Whitefish Show was discussed. They both were going to fall on the same weekend. This put many of our members in a difficult position, making them choose between the two shows. It was voted to move the Summer show to one week earlier. This will coincide with Canada Days and should result in bringing us a lot more traffic. The Summer show will now be: June 29th, 30th and July 1st.  Please mark your calendars and alert any of your regular customers.

Combined Poster Contest

As a result of the Summer Show change, the board felt it was very important we get fliers and posters up early, so people are aware of the  change.  In order to do this, we are running the Spring and Summer Poster contests simultaneously.  If you interested in entering the poster contest, please have posters for the Spring AND Summer show available at the next meeting.   There is a $25 prize for the winner of each contest. Please remember, we just need artwork, no wording on the poster.

Food Bank!

The Food Bank is this year’s charity and we will be having a presentation by one of their people at the next meeting. Please remember to bring non-perishable items to the next meeting. Things like Peanut Butter, Tuna and Chili are much appreciated!

Summer Show

Summer show booths have been assigned.  You will have received your maps in the newsletter.  The Summer Show will be July 8-9-10 at the Courthouse  West Lawn.  Setup begins at 5 PM Thursday, July 7th.

Remember, Your booth must be fully set up and you in it and ready to go one hour before opening on Friday, July 8th.  A reminder to stay within your booth boundaries…this leaves maximum walkways for our customers.  As always , You may start early, but you CAN NOT leave early!!

This year we are asking each booth, if possible, to provide an extra chair in your booth area to be used by our customers (elderly, disabled, patient spouses and just plain tired folks).
